Environment

We aim to make things you'll love that will last a lifetime - Everything we create has been sourced from materials that have been thoroughly checked and researched to be  as sustainably and ethically-conscious as possible

Each collection is carefully curated, only releasing in small, limited editions to ensure we minimise waste, reducing our impact on the environment

Shipping

Folktown ships from the UK - All items are sent in biodegradable or recyclable packaging where possible

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise 

International orders may be taxed or held upon entry through local postage services. Though we do everything we can to avoid this, Folktown has no control over these charges, nor do we accept liability for any such charges, or packages becoming lost

Please note: Customers are liable for any international custom charges that may occur - Enquire into your local postage rules and policy to avoid paying any extra fees that may incur for international orders

Feel free to get in touch if you have input the incorrect name of address when placing an order - Orders will only be sent to the provided address and cannot be altered once items have been sent out

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, or absence from address, the buyer must pay the shipping fee again, or receive a refund minus the total cost of shipping - Folktown takes no responsibility for buyers mistakes

Refunds and Returns

Due to the limited nature of each item, all sales are final
We do not currently accept returns or refunds, however exchanges may be possible - Please get in touch if you would like to request an exchange

Items returned for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
Shipping for any items returned must be paid for by the customer, and is the sole responsibility of the customer
